In these Terms of Service, the following terms have the following meanings: * "Mandu" refers to Mandu Company and its affiliated companies. * "Service" refers to all services provided by Mandu, including but not limited to the Mandu website, Mandu applications, and Mandu plugins. * "User" refers to an individual or organization that uses the Mandu service.

Service Content

Mandu provides services that include but are not limited to: * Reading, sharing, collecting, and commenting on content such as text, images, and videos. * Managing and sharing Highlight content created by users. * Interaction and communication between users.

User Eligibility

To use the Mandu service, you must be at least 18 years old and have full civil capacity.

User Obligations

When using the Mandu service, you must comply with the following obligations: * Comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, as well as Mandu's relevant regulations. * Do not use the Mandu service to engage in any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to: * Publishing or disseminating illegal, improper, false, or misleading information. * Infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others, such as intellectual property rights and privacy rights. * Engaging in spam, malicious advertising, etc. * Do not harm Mandu's interests or reputation.

Mandu Rights

Mandu has the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Mandu service as needed. Mandu has the right to review the behavior of users using the Mandu service, and has the right to take corresponding measures according to relevant laws and regulations or Mandu's relevant regulations, including but not limited to: * Deleting illegal, improper, false, or misleading information. * Temporarily suspending or terminating the user's right to use the Mandu service.

User Privacy

Mandu respects user privacy and will take security measures to protect user personal information. Mandu will collect user personal information, including but not limited to the user's name, phone number, and email address. The purpose of Mandu collecting user personal information is to provide services, improve services, and conduct user analysis. Mandu will take security measures to protect user personal information, including but not limited to: * Using encryption technology to protect user personal information. * Limiting the scope of people who can access user personal information. Users can view, modify, or delete their personal information through the channels provided by Mandu.

Mandu does not guarantee the security, reliability, accuracy, or completeness of the Mandu service. Mandu is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the Mandu service, including but not limited to: * Any loss or damage caused by the user's use of the Mandu service. * Any errors, omissions, or other negligence contained in the Mandu service. * Any third-party content contained in the Mandu service.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service shall be resolved through friendly consultation between Mandu and the user. If the consultation fails, the case may be submitted to the People's Court with jurisdiction in the place where Mandu is located for litigation.

Other

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deleted from these Terms of Service, but this shall not affect the validity of other provisions of these Terms of Service. * Mandu reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. The modified Terms of Service will be published on Mandu's website. By continuing to use the Mandu service, you agree to be bound by the modified Terms of Service.
